Crude oil, heating oil and gasoline fell after an Energy Department report showed that U.S. fuel stockpiles rose and on forecasts for warmer weather in the U.S. Northeast. Distillate fuel, gasoline and crude oil supplies climbed in the week ended Nov. 18, the report showed. Refineries repaired hurricane damage and boosted operating rates 1.8 percentage points to 88.1 percent of capacity, the highest since the week ended Sept. 16. Milder weather is forecast to move into the Northeast, where 80 percent of U.S. heating oil is consumed.
